Both options work for us. We can supply and source everything on your behalf — taps, baths, vanities, toilets, tiles and more — which often means better pricing through our trade accounts. Alternatively, if you've already selected fixtures you love, we're happy to install them. Either way, we'll make sure everything fits and works perfectly together.

Absolutely. If you've worked with an interior designer or have plans from an architect, we'll work to those. We can also help with the plumbing-specific elements of a design — advising on what's achievable, what might need adjusting, and what will look and function best long-term.

We handle the full plumbing installation — pipes, fixtures, waterproofing and fit-out. For tiling, we work closely with trusted local tilers and can coordinate the full project so you're not chasing multiple trades. Just ask us and we'll let you know what we can arrange.

Yes. All our plumbing work is carried out by fully licensed and registered plumbers and drainlayers, as required by New Zealand law. We're fully insured and all work is compliant with the New Zealand Building Code.

Yes — we offer emergency plumbing call-outs. If you have a burst pipe, serious leak or loss of hot water, call us on 027 414 4741 and we'll do our best to get to you as quickly as possible. Emergency call-out rates may differ from standard rates — we'll always be upfront about this before we attend.

We accept bank transfer and cash. For larger projects, we may ask for a deposit before work begins to secure materials. We'll always discuss payment terms clearly upfront so there are no surprises.
